Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 head of lettuce, separated into leaves
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, sriracha


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into lettuce leaves.
  5. Top with sesame seeds, green onions, or sriracha, if desired.
