Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, shredded carrots, steamed broccoli
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir to combine.
