A flavorful Korean Beef Rice Bowl perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, kimchi, fried egg

  2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.
  3. Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Serve the beef over cooked rice.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings, such as sesame seeds, green onions, kimchi, or a fried egg.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang to your desired level of spiciness.
