Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, artichoke hearts, basil, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour Italian salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
