This Italian Grinder Pasta Salad is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish. It combines classic Italian deli ingredients with pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces salami, sliced
- 4 ounces ham, sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, provolone, salami, ham, banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes, and parsley to the bowl.
- Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can customize the ingredients to your liking.
- Add more or less red pepper flakes depending on your spice preference.
