Description

This Italian Grinder Pasta Salad is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish. It combines classic Italian deli ingredients with pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces salami, sliced
  • 4 ounces ham, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, provolone, salami, ham, banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes, and parsley to the bowl.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
