Description
Enjoy a Honey Sriracha Ground Beef Bowl. It is a sweet and spicy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour the sauce over the ground beef and stir to coat.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to your spice preference.
- For a lower carb option, serve over cauliflower rice.
- Ground turkey or chicken can be used instead of ground beef.
