Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ground beef and stir to coat.
  4. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and top with your favorite toppings.
