Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and kielbasa is browned.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after baking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to your taste preference.
