Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
