Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the sauce over the ground beef and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve the honey garlic ground beef over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
