Description

Quick and easy ground beef bowl with a flavorful honey garlic sauce. Ready in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Pour the sauce over the ground beef and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Serve the honey garlic ground beef over cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
