Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, spinach, onion, and cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
