Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
