Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- Optional: Lettuce, Avocado, Tomatoes
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- In a bowl, layer rice, black beans, corn, and seasoned ground beef.
- Top with salsa, cheese, sour cream, and any desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
