Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • Optional: Lettuce, Avocado, Tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
  3. In a bowl, layer rice, black beans, corn, and seasoned ground beef.
