Description

Quick and easy slow cooker beef bites packed with protein and garlic butter flavor. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place beef cubes in your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Add butter and olive oil to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  6. Stir to combine the melted butter and sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, you can mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve these beef bites over rice, quinoa, or with a side of vegetables.
