Quick and easy slow cooker beef bites packed with protein and garlic butter flavor. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Add butter and olive oil to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Stir to combine the melted butter and sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve these beef bites over rice, quinoa, or with a side of vegetables.
