Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 cup quinoa (uncooked)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa and cook according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat from beef if needed.
- Assemble bowls with cooked quinoa, ground beef, spinach, and avocado slices.
