Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1 cup quinoa (uncooked)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions
