Description

Enjoy tender and flavorful beef bites cooked in a garlic butter sauce. This high-protein, slow-cooker recipe makes for an easy and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth


Instructions

  1. Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
