Description

A comforting and protein-rich Chicken Alfredo Bake. This easy casserole is perfect for a satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 16 oz Pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
