Description
A delicious and easy high-protein cheesy chicken bake.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add steamed broccoli and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cauliflower or carrots.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
