Description

A delicious and easy high-protein cheesy chicken bake.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steamed broccoli and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like cauliflower or carrots.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
