Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Sear beef cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
- Transfer seared beef to a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Serve beef bites over rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side.
