Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Sear beef cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
  2. Transfer seared beef to a slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
