Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons gelatin powder
Instructions
- Blend watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the juice to remove pulp.
- Heat watermelon juice and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over the mixture.
- Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Do not boil.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Remove gummies from molds and enjoy.
