Description
A quick and healthy one-pot meal featuring ground beef, orzo, and spinach topped with feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in orzo and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until orzo is tender.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Top with feta cheese before serving.
