Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill zucchini boats with cooked ground beef.
- Top with diced tomato and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted.
