Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a pan, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cooked rice, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and tomato sauce.
- Fill each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
