Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup tomato sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a pan, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and tomato sauce.
  5. Fill each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
  6. Place peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
