Description
A creamy and comforting one-pot meal featuring ground beef, mushrooms, and pasta in a rich sour cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and paprika, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and add pasta. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is tender.
- Stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
