Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and paprika, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and add pasta. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
