Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Bell Peppers (various colors)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  6. Stuff each bell pepper with the ground beef and rice mixture.
  7. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any color bell peppers you like.
  • Add a can of diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
