Description

This Ground Beef Rice Bowl is a quick and easy meal perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans, canned
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen or canned
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and a 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice, ground beef, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Serve immediately.
