This Ground Beef Rice Bowl is a quick and easy meal perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Black Beans, canned
- 1 cup Corn, frozen or canned
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with rice, ground beef, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
