Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  3. Add onions and bell peppers, cook for 3 minutes.
