Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (lasagna noodles or similar)
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
