Description

A flavorful and easy Ground Beef Korean Rice Bowl recipe. This dish features seasoned ground beef served over rice with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi, fried egg (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the ground beef and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
