Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 oz) Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 8 oz Egg Noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes and green chilies, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the beef mixture with the cooked egg noodles in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of celery or cream of chicken soup.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Use different types of cheese like mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
