This Grinder Pasta Salad is a hearty and flavorful dish. It combines pasta, Italian deli meats, cheeses, and a tangy dressing. Perfect for potlucks, barbecues, or a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 pound salami, sliced
- 1/2 pound ham, sliced
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, salami, ham, provolone, red onion, and banana peppers.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve cold.

- You can substitute any Italian deli meats and cheeses you like.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference.
- For a sweeter dressing, add a teaspoon of sugar or honey.
