Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Flank or Skirt Steak
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, chili powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add cilantro to the marinade.
- Place steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
- Let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the steak overnight.
- Adjust grilling time based on the thickness of your steak and your desired level of doneness.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, guacamole, and onions.
