Ingredients
- 1 pound canned salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
