Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add tortellini to the skillet and cook according to package directions, or until tender.
  7. Return steak to the skillet. Toss to combine.
