Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
