Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
