Description

A quick and easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Protein Bowl perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
