Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup Steamed Broccoli
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and cook until melted.
- Assemble bowl with quinoa, broccoli, and garlic parmesan chicken.
