Description

Enjoy a flavorful and protein-packed Garlic Butter Steak & Potato Bowl. This recipe is easy to make and perfect for a satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb Potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  3. While potatoes are baking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. In a bowl, combine the baked potatoes and garlic butter steak.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • You can use any type of steak you prefer, such as sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip.
