Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak, cut into cubes
- 1 lb Potatoes, cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- While potatoes are baking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a bowl, combine the baked potatoes and garlic butter steak.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- You can use any type of steak you prefer, such as sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip.
