Ingredients
- 2 lbs Crab Legs
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Thaw crab legs if frozen.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place crab legs on a baking sheet or steamer basket.
- Pour garlic butter over crab legs or steam them.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust garlic and red pepper flakes to your preference.
- Serve with extra melted butter for dipping.
- Crab legs can also be grilled or boiled.
