Description

Garlic Butter Crab Legs are a flavorful seafood dish. Enjoy tender crab legs with rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab Legs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Thaw crab legs if frozen.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place crab legs on a baking sheet or steamer basket.
  6. Pour garlic butter over crab legs or steam them.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Adjust garlic and red pepper flakes to your preference.
