Quick and easy garlic butter beef and broccoli skillet. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Serve immediately.
