Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, skin on or off
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
