Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet, skin on or off
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
