Description

Frito Taco Pasta Salad is a flavorful and easy dish. It combines pasta, taco-seasoned ground beef, and Fritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 6 ounces Fritos, crushed


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  4. Add black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and red onion. Mix well.
  5. Gently stir in crushed Fritos.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
  • Add a can of Rotel for extra spice.
  • Serve immediately to keep Fritos crunchy.
