Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
