Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
