Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese Tortellini
- 1 lb Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Beef Broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic steak sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
