Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 lb Steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain, set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic steak sauce.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
