Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crock pot.
