Ingredients
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour two ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide batter evenly between prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for a minute before inverting onto plates.
- Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve immediately.
