Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
