Description

This easy beef casserole is a quick and comforting meal for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (1 oz) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, onion soup mix, and milk.
  4. Stir in the cooked egg noodles.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
