Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing mix.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

- For a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
