Description

A simple and delicious dump-and-bake chicken casserole perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing mix.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
