Quick and easy air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps. Perfect for a weeknight meal or a simple lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- Optional: Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Warm the tortillas slightly.
- Assemble the wraps: Spread marinara sauce on each tortilla, then top with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps.
- Place the wraps back into the air fryer and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.
