Description

An easy and delicious throw-together crock pot chicken breast dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, milk, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks and serve.
