Description
An easy and delicious throw-together crock pot chicken breast dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, milk, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and serve.
Notes
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
- Add vegetables like carrots, potatoes, or green beans.
