Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef mixture to the skillet and cook until browned and crispy, breaking it up with a spoon.
- While the beef cooks, sauté the riced cauliflower in a separate skillet until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble bowls by layering riced cauliflower and crispy ground beef.
- Add your favorite toppings.
