Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime wedges


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef mixture to the skillet and cook until browned and crispy, breaking it up with a spoon.
