Description

Enjoy crispy baked chicken tenders with an onion ring crust. It’s a quick and easy meal the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup crushed onion rings
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare chicken strips and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place flour, milk, and egg in separate shallow dishes. Place crushed onion rings in another dish.
  4. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then milk, then egg, and finally coat with crushed onion rings.
  5. Place coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
