Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup crushed onion rings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare chicken strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Place flour, milk, and egg in separate shallow dishes. Place crushed onion rings in another dish.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then milk, then egg, and finally coat with crushed onion rings.
- Place coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
